The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini is the product of two iconic Italian brands: Ducati, known for its performance motorcycles and Lamborghini, renowned for its luxury sports cars.

To build this limited edition bike, Ducati designers took the Ducati Diavel and added elements and features inspired by the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37.

Performance-wise, the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini might not stand out very much against the standard Diavel 1260 S, but the Lamborghini flares and design elements add a unique style to the highly exclusive bike (only 630 models were made).

We’ll take a close look at the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini and determine who exactly this high-end cruiser is for.

Diavel 1260 Specs & Features

The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini comes with a 1262cc, Testastretta DVT engine and a six-speed gearbox. It has an impressive power output of 162 hp at 9,500 rpm, and a staggering torque of 95 lb-ft at 7,500 rpm.

Key specs include:

  • Engine: 1262cc Ducati Testastretta DVT
  • Power: 162hp at 9.500 rpm
  • Torque: 95 lb-ft at 7,500 rpm
  • Seat height: 30.7 inches
  • Dry weight: 485 lbs

The bike is also filled with high-end modern electronics and components, such as:

  • Bosch Cornering ABS.
  • Ducati Wheelie Control.
  • Ducati Traction Control (DTC).
  • Ducati Power Launch.
  • Cruise control.

As for those Lamborghini-inspired touches, the Ducati design team has based the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini’s lines on the Sián FKP 37.

Its colors, including the Gea Green frame and Electrum Gold rims, also come right from the Sián.

The Lamborghini-style carbon fiber tank inserts and air intakes also add to the bike’s exclusivity.

Cost

Nobody in the world would expect a bike branded with two names like Ducati and Lamborghini to be cheap.

The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini has a starting price of $31,995 making it one of the most expensive bikes on the market.

You’d likely not be very surprised to learn that the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini sold out very fast, and there really isn’t a market for used models out there due to the limited number of models built.

If you are able to find one of these bikes for sale, there’s a good chance that you’ll have to pay well over the original asking price to get your hands on it.

How Does it Ride?

The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini was made using the Diavel 1260 S as its base.

Therefore, it performs and rides a lot like a Diavel 1260 S.

This means it can be a comfortable cruiser, but also a thrilling ride on the streets.

It has great power output and is agile enough to handle some corners nicely.

Off the line, the bike is responsive and it accelerates quickly.

The suspension handles bumps well and will keep you comfortable no matter what terrain you are on.

Seating is comfortable by all standards, with the rider seated in a relaxed and upright position.

On the highway, the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini will provide a smooth and steady ride, with plenty of power to overtake when necessary.

On crowder surface streets, the bike is stable and predictable, though it will require a bit more effort when turning due to its higher weight.

No matter where you are, you will feel the presence of the Lamborghini-inspired design elements.

The carbon fiber tank inserts, air intakes, and Gea Green frame will catch eyes no matter where you go.

Who Is the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini for?

With its high price, big power, and weight, this certainly isn’t a beginners bike.

The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini is a great bike for experienced riders who want something that stands out from the crowd.

The combination of Italian design, power, and performance makes it one of the most desirable bikes on the market.

It’s also a great choice for those looking to invest in an exclusive piece of history – as only 630 models were made.

Clearly, the bike is not meant for everybody—or else a lot more would have been made.

This is the bike for those Ducati fans who are looking for the novelty and exclusivity of owning a Lamborghini motorcycle.

This is a bike for those looking for substance and style.

With its sharp lines and attention to detail, the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini will definitely turn some heads on the street.
